Governing Policies and Guidelines of the HBC-BSA

 

 HBC-BSA is for our members' interests first, and then those members of our affiliate HBB networks.

 

HBC-BSA is for promoting home-based/small business ownership and growth in our local area.

 

HBC-BSA is independent from other local organisations, and is operated by members, for members.

 

HBC-BSA is endorsed by and works with (but independently from) Blacktown City Council.

 

HBC-BSA is non-political, and will not lobby council nor operate as a Chamber of Commerce.

 

HBC-BSA is a registered not-for-profit organisation with the NSW Dept Fair Trading, and is fully insured.
